Thanks James. The finance minister refused an interview so we cant find out how he justifies continuing with the new bridge. Perhaps he’ll comment here?!

Good one Bruce. Those civil engineers are always looking for their next big cheque: whether what they want to do is in the public interest is another question. Keep it up!
